At Gospel Life, everything is about and for the God-man, Jesus Christ! Jesus entered into human history over 2000 years ago and not only claimed to be God, but proved it though his perfect life, horrific death, magnificent bodily resurrection, and glorious ascension into heaven. He is the long-awaited Savior of the world, the King over all of creation, the Head of His body, the church, and the One that will soon return to make all things new. He is the image and glory of God the Father (Hebrews 1:3), the one that promises comfort and truth through God the Spirit (John 15:26), and the resurrection and life for all who would put their faith in Him (John 11:25).
We invite you to join our church family as we are committed to proclaim the good news of Jesus and connect the transformational power of the gospel to our everyday lives!
The gospel is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes (Rom. 1:16). Apart from the gospel, there is no forgiveness of sins, no relationship with God, no security in eternity, and no hope for daily life. However, because of God’s great love for us, the Father sent His Son Jesus Christ to pay for, secure, and redeem those that would put their faith and trust in Him. God the Father gave our deserved punishment to God the Son and then gives to us, by grace, everything that Jesus deserves through the power of God, the Holy Spirit.
This "good news" of the gospel it isn’t only an entrance into the Christian Life or a prayer we pray to get into heaven, but it's the entirety of the Christians’ life! The gospel of Jesus Christ is not just the ABC’s of Christianity, it’s the A through Z of Christianity! Therefore, our mission as a church is to preach the gospel and help connect it’s transformational power to our everyday lives, believing the result will be more disciples of Jesus and more churches planted for His glory!
HOW IS THIS ACCOMPLISHED?
HEAD: We gather every Sunday as a church family to proclaim and hear the good news of the gospel.
HEART: We connect the transformational power of the gospel to our everyday lives in Gospel Communities. These smaller communities gather throughout the Greater Puyallup Valley with a desire to grow as disciples of Jesus, learning how to be a Family of Missionaries Learning and Serving Together.
HANDS: We hear the good news of the gospel and connect it to our lives in practical and tangible ways.
At Gospel Life Church, we look forward to and get excited about coming together to worship God and to engage with one another. We believe that the church is primarily a people, not a place, therefore we place high value on relationships. At Gospel Life you will not find religiosity, pretense or empty rituals, but instead discover that we are real people, asking real questions, worshiping a real God.
We gather together on Sundays at 8:30AM & 10:30AM to worship through song, the preached Word, fellowship with family, and communion.

SENDING SAVIOR: The Gospel According to Mark
It’s common for church people to place a lot of emphasis on evangelism and sharing the gospel, but God’s word invites us to do more than just talk about the gospel. In 1 Corinthians 10:31, Paul tells the early church, “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” Here’s what he meant by this: God’s glory is intended to infiltrate and impact every area of our lives! Humanity was designed to put the glory of God on display in every way possible and God desires for the way we live to say something about Him.
However, to do this, we need to make some purposeful, gospel-motivated changes in the way we view our lives. For centuries, both the church and culture have taught us to distinguish between the ‘sacred’ and the ‘secular’. Activities like attending church, learning the Bible, praying, doing acts of charity and mercy – these would be deemed sacred activities – while things like work, school, family, leisure, civic activities, sports leagues, concerts and neighborhood socials – these were the activities of the ‘secular’ realm.
Jesus, though, offers another way. Rather than creating separation, we see Jesus invade the secular with the sacred in the Gospel of Mark and redeem normal, everyday activities with great gospel power and intentional purpose! Over the next 9 weeks, we’ll see Jesus not only enter the everyday existence of His followers but also send them out as His ambassadors for the sake of others. Throughout this series, we’ll learn that Jesus is our Sending Savior, and we pray that you’ll discover how the gospel radically transforms everyday life.
Join us for this 9-week series on Sundays at 8:30am or 10:30am!
Sundays during services:
GOSPEL LIFE KIDS (GLK)
GLK provides a safe, fun environment for all kids ages birth to 10 years old every Sunday during the 8:30am and 10:30am gatherings. All of our volunteers are thoroughly vetted and safety is a huge priority.
